With a niche in men’s grooming, we decided to form Bitter Ends because of our devotion to what we do and wanting to be a part of the next change in our industry; to move away from the stereotypes. We wanted a place for the stylists like us and our guests. A mix of barbershop banter and realism with the salon pampering experience. Outside of finding your perfect style, our top priority is hair/beard health and education!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy:
-We appreciate a text/call 24 hrs before appt
-If notified less than 24hrs, an invoice for 50% of scheduled services + 2.99% invoice fee will be emailed for late cancelation
- First time guests whom cancel within the 24 hour time frame will have online booking revoked, 50% service fee +2.99% invoice fee is required to rebook
-For those with a history of late cancelations, a card on file will be required, and, in event of late cancelation will be charged the 50% of services booked + 2.99% invoice fee
No-Show Policy:
-If you fail to notify us and fail to show up to your appt, you will be invoiced for 50% of services booked + 2.99 invoice fee, and a card will be required to be on file to book your next appt
-If you already have a card on file, you will be charged 50% + 2.99% invoice fee of services booked in the case of a no-show
-First time guests whom no-show will have online booking revoked, 50% service fee + 2.99% invoice fee is required to rebook
-If you arrive too late to service, it will be considered a no-show and 50% of services booked + 2.99% invoice fee will be required
Sick Policy:
-If you or someone in your household is sick, you must reschedule.
-If you fail to reschedule, you will not be serviced and will be required to pay 50% of services booked
Online Bookings:
-To ensure optimal service for each client & stylist, we may adjust appts with services booked improperly, or adjust the start time by typically 15 min before or after originally booked time.
Children & Minors Policy:
-For the safety of your child(ren), we ask that you only bring them if they have an appt.
-Children are required to remain in reception area unless being serviced.
-Any electronic devices must be muted or headphone must be used
-If your child cannot remain still or cries during service, the service will stop immediately for the safety of your child and the stylist and to ensure a relaxed environment for everyone
